There is no point in posting the same question multiple times to the list.

As written before, the delay may be caused by spamassassin, it's not
exactly the fastest software. You can see this in your mail syslog.
Without further information there is no way to help you but further
guessing.

And what's the relation to outlook, anyway? Did you try another
email-client? You should, just to make sure it's not caused by outlook.
