[exim] Argh! I've been joe-jobbed by a virus.

I've been getting helpful virus warnings and bounces all night.
Spamassassin is rejecting the bulk of them, but a bunch are getting
through, mostly to my (unfiltered) postmaster account. The quoted
Received headers make it clear that this is a joe job, not an infection
at my site.

One especially helpful Lotus Domino site sent me 50 individual bounces
from a single virus message, one for each of the 50 undeliverable RCPT
TO commands.

I have no questions, and I'm not looking for help; I just needed a
sympathetic shoulder to cry on. :)
