[exim] Set smtp_accept_max per host

Hi,

I would like to build an ACL so that certain priviledged hosts are
allowed to send out more messages than others.

Can smtp_accept_max be included in an ACL which also includes something like:

hosts             = : +priv_hosts

.. where priv_hosts is a list of allowed IPs.

Think this should be possible ??
