Just to recap here, each "run" is determined to be either a spam-lover
run or a spam-hater run, depending on the characteristics of the
*first* recipient address address offered in RCPT TO for this message.

It can have the following consequence in relation to hit-and-run
spammers: if the first recipient is a spam-hater, then we declare a
spam-hater run (i.e if the item is rated to be spam it'll be rejected)
and any subsequent addresses which are spam-lovers will get deferred.
For any normal offering MTA, this works as intended, because they
retry the deferred addresses and then we accept.

But since the hit-and-run spammer does not retry, they never get their
spam to the spam-lovers. I don't lose any sleep over that, but I
suppose one should be aware that it's one of the consequences of this
approach. ;-)
