Agreed.

There is more to running a *useful* MTA than just reducing
(suspected) spam. An overzealous setup can also reduce
letters-of-credit approval, orders for goods and services,
and commerce in general for a client that is otherwise not
the least bit web-centric, but who needs to be readily
'contactable' by existing and potential customers.

For any firm that needs the business, a modest amount
of spam to wade through is far more tolerable than a
even a very few lost opportunities from *either*
'false positives', or impatient customers and prospects
who will not bother with 'too difficult...' vs a
competitor who is easier to contact.
