[exim] Lokcing Problems with exim 4.50

Hello!

After compiling exim-4.50 it seems to have problems with locking of files. I
compiled exim with USE_DB=yes as well as USE_GDBM=yes. ./test_dbfn seems to
act correctly. I put the relevant strace logs on
http://www.domgoergen.com/exim and http://www.domgoergen.com/testdb

Hope anybody as a helpful hint for me!
