Right...if someone is running Exim on RedHat, it means they're already
experienced enough to download a tarball, compile from source, install, and
manually configure. Most of these steps require them to read some amount of
documentation, which means they just might find the answer to their question
by accident. ;) Many of the questions from Debian users are from people who
would never get that far on RedHat.
