Until they notice what's going on (by either reading this mailing list's
archive, or whatever other means they can), and start using the open
relay, and only sending one message per minute through it. You HAVE
given intricate descriptions on how to defeat your system to this
mailing list. ;)
In a perfect world it's not too bad an idea, but as spammers get new
tactics and learn how to defeat and hide from newer blocking techniques,
it seems it would lose it's efficacy.
