Hi,

It would appear that these messages in the queue are NDRs. Is there a
way to disable NDRs in exim? How about dropping mail where there is a
blank sender name?

I have tested the server for open relay and it is clean, just NDRs going
out.

You appear to have configured your machine to be an open relay. I
suggest
you read chapter 38 of the specification, in particular section 38.26.
Perhaps you should contact the Debian package maintainers for advice on
how to fix this using their configuration system.

Tony.
