This has been answered a lot of times on this list. In your RCPT ACL, use
something like this:

deny message = Unauthorised use
local_parts = list-address-local_part
domains = domain-part-of-mailing-list-address
!senders = lsearch;/path/to/file/with/allowed/addresses
