[exim] suid permission not on 4.43?

Hi,

I just upgraded to 4.43 and exim broke with "unable to set gid...".
Indeed the new binary didn't have the correct permissions. So I fixed
that and all is well so far, I think.

I don't know what I did that could have ruined the permissions, since,
as far as I can remember, I just copied my old Local stuff and did
make, make install.

One more thing, in my Local/Makefile I uncommented the three AUTH_*'s
for the first time for exploring those facilities.

Is there anything I should learn? Well, I mean from this experience? :^)
