Did you uncomment this line in your Local/Makefile when you built the
binary:
LOOKUP_MYSQL=yes
and set the corresponding include and lib lines:
LOOKUP_INCLUDE=-I /usr/include/mysql
LOOKUP_LIBS=-L/usr/lib/mysql -lmysqlclient
(yours may look different)
