[exim] Two headers_add in configure

Hi,

I try to set some X-Headerlines in special cases:

headers_add = "${if or
{{def:header_list-unsubscribe:}{match{$header_precedence:}{(?i)list}}}{
X-etfilter: bulk}}"

That works.

headers_add = "${if
match{$message_body}{{?i}application/x-zip-compressed}{X-etfilter:
suspect}}"

That dont work, because exim writes in paniclog:

2004-09-13 09:44:35 Exim configuration error in line 516 of
/usr/exim/configure:
"headers_add" option set for the second time

Is there no way to define two header_adds in a router ?    Or as 
alternative: Is there i way to add header_lines in system_filter ?
