Sorry fur multiple send. There was some mails at the moderator, and he
give them free today.
The solution was:

require_files = /usr/exim/lists/$local_part

file = /usr/exim/lists/$local_part
check_ancestor
file_transport = address_file
pipe_transport = address_pipe
reply_transport = address_reply
errors_to = postmaster@???
This works fine. A file "mylist" in /usr/exim/lists now is a
Maillinglist for our Domain.
