Looks as if one instance of exim is currently sending the mail to its
destination while a queue runner tries to take care of stale mail.
(After all, an 28MB attachment results in a 37MB mail file (base64
encoding -> 4/3 the binary size. This takes some time to transmit with
that old 9600 modem... <g>)
