A whole bunch of stuff that used to be done with individual configuration
file settings in exim 3 is now done with ACLs in exim 4.
Other than that, I noticed a lot of minor behavior changes, mostly in the
area of stricter synchronization checking during the SMTP dialog.
Converting my configuration file wasn't *too* bad for me, with the help of
the conversion script. Just test, test, test before you actually use that
file for actually acccepting mail. The -bh and -C options are handy for
this.
