What I was trying to say was that having a whole collection of timeouts
was a waste of effort because very few people would in practice tinker
with them. People already use callout=5s and similar and I really don't
see the need to split the connection timeout from the SMTP command
timeout.
Anybody else in favour of yet another timeout?
