I have just put Exim release 4.41 on the primary ftp site:

This breaks my usual rule of not releasing anything just before I go away (I am
off to the SANOG meeting in Nepal tomorrow afternoon) but I have done so
because the single change seems like something that should not be delayed. I
have not had positive confirmation that it actually stops the problem, but it
should.

This release contains a single change: a fix to a bug that caused intermittent
daemon crashes. This bug was accidentally introduced to the 4.40 release.
As usual, all changes are in the doc/ChangeLog file and new features are
described in the doc/NewStuff file. See also the README.UPDATING file for
changes that might impact on some installations. The manual has not been
updated for this release.
