I followed this list quite a time and have done some RTFM.
But what is the state of CRAM-MD5 Auth for saslauthd?
I saw one patch for exim 4.3x some time ago, is this now integrated?
If not, could it be?
I want to use CRAM-MD5 auth for my exim4 in debian. And I don't want to
patch and compile exim4 on my own...
