[Exim] Need a quick shell script written

I want a filter maybe written in sed, awk, or perl or whatever tha I can
pipe a message through and it will delete these 4 lines of yahoo message
ads. I basically am looking to pipe the message into the script and the
yahoo lines vanish.

Anyone have a script like that? Below is a sample.
