The HELO given was "ggyxnij". The host's real name, however, is
12-218-115-74.client.mchsi.com. But it didn't give that as a HELO. That's
what "H=12-218... (ggyxnij)" means.

So I think things are working how you want, it's just that I think you're
misunderstanding the "H=XXX (YYY)" line.
