Looks like a whole can of worms opened up here :-)
In summary I'm (and that probably goes for a lot of other minnows out
there) prepared to work within the constraints/limitations that exist.
Proportionally I probably block just as much cruft from dynamic ranges
as the biggest server out there, noone likes spam/viruses.
That doesn't mean I'm just going to rollover and have to use my ISPs
servers where I (with hopefully assistance from others when I get stuck)
can workaround them :-)
