cf. RFC2821 and RFC2822.

The Sender: header in the mail itself ($h_sender), if such exists, is
completely distinct from the address used in the SMTP 'MAIL FROM:'
command ($sender_address).

They may often appear similar. That should be considered merely
coincidence.
