Uh, just one thing.
144.173.0.0/16 is exeter.ac.uk - but RFC1918 IPs in there are just
172.16.0.0/12, that is, 172.(16--31).xxx.xxx. The rest of that /16 is
a lot of other things, including AOL dialups.
