[Exim] mailscanner (ACL vars) -> bug in documentation

While trying to understand why mailscanner can't recognise my testing
setup's queue files, I notice that Section 49 of the exim 4.30 spec (Format
of spool files) doesn't mention that ACL vars are stored as "-acl", and that
they can have (non '-' commenced lines of) data following them.

This probably needs updating.

I'm about to write a patch for MailScanner 4.25's queuefile parsing.
