Re: [Exim] blocking host

i added the delay line as follow

deny    hosts    =  219.95.x.x
            delay   =  30s

when i issued a "service exim restart" i get the following

Starting Exim: 2003-11-11 15:53:54 Exim configuration error in line 289:
  error in ACL: unknown ACL condition in "delay = 30s"
                                                                [FAILED]

what is probably the error ?
