[Exim] Not queueing some addresses

Hello,

I have "queue_domains = ! +local_domains" in my config. However, I need
to immediately deliver some special addresses that are not local, e.g.
send important@??? immediately, but all other addresses in
some.domain should stay in the queue until the next queue run.

How can I do this with Exim? Any suggestions?
