Never encountered any.

At Glasgow University we've rejected (at RCPT time) all senders who can't
be bothered to HELO/EHLO, for about a year, without a single complaint.

This rejects a fair bit of spam, although nowhere near as much spam as
rejecting the pillocks who give our IP/name as their HELO.
