Note that sometimes the command you want is
Exim -Mg (message-id)

For example, this can be useful when a user has asked you to delete an
inappropriately addressed message. (It produces a removed by administrator
sort of bounce.) [I use perhaps 99 -Mrm to 1 -Mg]
