I'd still suggest putting it in acl_check_rcpt - returning 5xx after RCPT TO
saves your MTA from being hammered repeatedly by broken sending clients (such
as virii - the single largest source of mail with unqualified HELOs).
This will, of course, fetch you a helluva lot of false positives, Randy ...
