I built 4.22 yesterday on much modified RH 7.2 ("much modified" and what
I used for the Exim/eximon compile = gcc 3.3, BDB 4.1.25, Openldap
2.1.22, Openssl 0.9.7b and a lot more new stuff).
No problems.

Don't know about Exiscan, but SA-Exim 3.1 was no problem. Everything works.
