[Exim] Exiscan vs. MailScanner

Does anyone have any direct feedback regarding using Exiscan vs.
MailScanner? I like the features MailScanner offers, but it's a bear to
implement. I only recently heard about Exiscan and am looking it over
now. Any pros or cons I should be aware of? How does the performance
compare?
