[Exim] TLS error with exim 4.14

Does anyone know what:

2003-08-18 10:14:45 TLS error on connection from (brinkpm.com)
[64.106.152.30] (SSL_accept): error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

means and should I be concerned?

I've been seeing this pretty regularly in my exim main log from the same
IP - I suspect that the problem is their end though.
