Have a look at the latest snapshot. In particular the file:

doc/README.SIEVE

The NewStuff file says:

14. There is now support for Sieve filters (RFC 3028). Initial documentation
    is in doc/README.SIEVE. The RFC itself is also provided in the doc
    directory. Note that you cannot use a Sieve filter as a system filter,
    only as a per-recipient filter. The reason for this is that Sieve filters
    always specify what is to be done with a message (redirect, save, or
    discard). There is no mechanism for specifying "carry on and do the normal
