[Exim] Mail Queue Question

    I am running Exim 4.20 in a cPanel box along with Mailman 2.1.2. When I
look in the mail queue manager I sometimes see mail from one of my lists
there (seems logical). Anyway when I look at the mail itself the following
lines are present at/near the top of the mail (example only)...

-helo_name boo.domain.com
-host_address ###.#.#.#.#####
-host_name localhost
-interface_address ###.#.#.#.##
-received_protocol esmtp
-body_linecount 33
-frozen 1058238388
YY name1@???
YY name2@???
NN name3@???
YN name4@???
YY name5@???
NY name6@???

Questions:
1) What is the 'frozen' line telling me and is that an issue I need to be
concerned with?
2) What does the Y/N flags at the beginning of each address indicate?
