If you are using RBLs at RCPT time, assuming you are using Exim 4 (I can't
remember about Exim 3), you should be able to see the recipients in the
logs, for example like this:
...rejected RCPT <whatever@???>: Listed on SBL:
http://spamhaus.org/SBL/sbl.lasso?query=SBLxxx
