Slight problem here. There may not be *a* primary MX. There may be
several MX's with equal priority. But I don't think it affects your
argument very much.

When there are different opinions such as this, my easy course is
clearly to do nothing while the argument rages. It's not as though I
haven't got other things to do... (and it is only a one-character patch
if somebody really wants to change this behaviour unconditionally).
