You have to use a dedicated transport with this router.
Your router might be:
smart_route:
driver = manualroute
domains = *
transport = internal_smtp
route_list = "* 127.0.0.1 byname"
And the transport might be:
internal_smtp:
driver = smtp
port = 10025
This works for me to pass messages to the virus check (Sophos MailMonitor).
