Oh, sorry. I forgot that you need to quote filter items if they contain
parentheses. Try this:

   if first_delivery and
      $recipients matches "\\N@(?!your\\.local\\.domain(\\s|$))\\N"
   then
     unseen deliver copybox@???
   endif

I was trying to avoid having to double all the backslashes.
