If a mail is sent to mixed recipients(local & remote)
and one local delivery failed with 'over disk quota'
exim some times (~one per week)resents every queue run
this mail to some ( not all ) remote recipients.
In the main log is only a hint to the disk quota
problem.

The problem occures with exim 4.10 + exiscan 4.10-17 and
exim 4.11 + exiscan 4.11-19 on Solaris 8
