Does anyone know why Exim and Spamassassin seem to be working fine, but
only for the stock tests and not the file in .spamassassin/user_prefs? It
worked fine up until about a month ago.
I'm thinking that updating Exim or Spamassassin might have done it (on
Redhat 7.3 using the up2date utility), but I can't remember whether I did
that or not.
