in another trouble now. I have 2 servers running exim 3.21 and have
exactly same configuration and same mail delivery structure. I am using
the same configuration file on both of them which has followin entries
for quota but for some reason one of them doesnt bounce those message
immediately which are sent to mailboxes exceeding quota. I fail to
understand the reason.
Try running a delivery with -M and -d to see why the delivery doesn't
bounce.
