No. The number is going to 4.10 because I am bringing the documentation
up to date. That's the criterion for incrementing the first digit after
the dot. Exim 4 is still in "settling down" mode - and even as I write,
there are some new oddities that have just come in and need
investigating. It always takes a couple of months for a new release to
spread widely enough to pick up most of the problems - and for something
like Exim 4, it takes even longer (now out about 5 months). I don't like
to do further major changes during this bedding down period. (And this
time, I am also working hard to get the book revised.)
