Pipelining almost certainly - the ESMTP startup allowed pipelining, and
the transcript shows the MAIL FROM/RCPT TO/DATA sent before receiving
the 3 status reports back.
Is there any way of turning off pipelining support on exchange and then
seeing how things go?
