My problem appears to be my filter file, if I comment out my filter line the
server works correctly. The file filter was sent with the mail package.

An "open" relay is when a mail server transfers email from an unknown
(non-customer) host on to its destination.

How do you "receive" it? (Via SMTP? via sendmail command line?)
