Run exim with the '-d9' option and check the output. That should indicate
why the condition is failing (I suspect it isn't even being reached), and
why the message is being delivered. If it doesn't help, then either mail to
the list what look like the relavnt bits of the output or mail me the whole
thing (no guarantees about resolving it though!! :-) ).
