Is there a quote_pgsql in 3.34? Exim seems not to recognise it. A grep of
the entire source distribution finds this string only in spec.txt.
pgsql_quote does appear in a few source files, but this doesn't seem to work
either.
Otherwise, communication with PostgreSQL is working as expected.
