Insert something like this in routers section:

=== Cut ===
gmx:
condition = eq {${domain:$header_from:}} {gmx.de}
driver = domainlist
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = * mail.gmx.net byname

t_online:
condition = eq {${domain:$header_from:}} {t-online.de}
driver = domainlist
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = * smtp.t-online.com byname

lookuphost:
driver = lookuphost
transport = remote_smtp
=== Cut ===

There is probable some syntax errors, but you should understand how to
do it.

But why you cannot use smtp.t-online.com each time when you are using
their dialup? They should relay from each ip from their network,
regardless of mail from address. If they don't, then it's incorrect.
