I've found another way:
deny condition = ${if or {{LOOKUP_BAD_SENDER_PARTIAL_DOMAIN} \
{LOOKUP_BAD_SENDER_BY_ADDRESS}} {yes} {no}}
And file contains:
*.domain.tld
otherdomain.tld
badsender@???
This mimic partial lookup with sender_reject in Exim 3.
