3 easy steps:

1 - learn to read
2 - get a web browser
3 - read: www.exim.org

Simple.

In a nut shell: you need to type: exim -bd -q15m et voilas. However, I
don't think that will work unless you actually RTFM, read the FAQ and
read the archives of the list.
